A: Our flower is authentic in that we accurately represent the specific strain, pertinent strain info, and grow location. Our edibles are authentic as they absolutely contain the THC contents as the manufacturer represents. We understand how difficult it is for some consumers to find a reliable source for all of their Cannabis needs in one place. Our order process is very simple: 

Step 1: Visit our store and browse through our menus. 

Step 2: Add the items you wish to have delivered to your shopping cart.

This message will provide an order number, an order summary, and an option to schedule through our delivery appointment calendar. Please follow instructions provided, and check your e-mail inbox for confirmation.

When scheduling on the calendar, please note that the system will not permit scheduling for at least three (3) hours from the time an order is placed. This window is necessary to allow for proper preparation of your order, and also to permit for the normal flow of scheduling.

Step 5: Patients/clients will then receive a confirmation of delivery date and time. PLEASE CHECK YOUR E-MAIL FOR THIS CONFIRMATION.

Step 6: As the delivery time approaches, clients will receive a text message with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) when the courier is enroute, and then again when the courier is within 30 – 60 minutes away.

Step 7: When the courier arrives, we will text you their location where you will meet with the courier in the vehicle to receive the order.

Q: I am a current client. If I register and place orders through the site, will my current courier(s) continue to provide delivery service?

A: YES. Our new site is intended to provide an enjoyable experience whether you wish to order, or simply want to learn about the benefits of Cannabis. It is also intended to modernize and streamline the ordering experience for clients, and provide better scheduling options. You can expect to receive deliveries from the same courier(s) who have been assigned to your account.

Q: When should I place my order (Manual Orders)?

A: Please place your manual orders as early as possible on the day you would like delivery as we deliver on a first come first served basis. We do our best to meet your scheduling needs. If you need a specific delivery time it is best to schedule at least 1 day in advance in order for us to guarantee your requested delivery time.

Q: What happens after I place my order?

Once your order is placed you will receive a text and/or e-mail notification confirming the delivery date and time. On the day of the delivery, you will receive a text message stating the courier’s ETA when the courier is enroute to the delivery location. After which, you will receive a text message when the courier has arrived. At that time, you will meet the courier in the vehicle. There, you will provide to the courier either:

1. The invoice total amount; or,
2. The final total amount provided to you prior to order dispatch.

You will then receive the contents of your order. We strive for 100% accuracy, but we encourage clients to check all products received while with meeting with our couriers.

Q. Is my information safe?

Our website is secure and your information is safe. In fact, the only people who will have access to your photo ID will be our dispatcher and the courier(s) assigned to your account. We will never share with or sell your information to anyone, any company or any agency. This information will be destroyed upon confirmation of age.

Q: What if I’m completely out and I need something immediately?

A: We recommend that clients schedule reorders ahead of time (about a day or two in ahead of time) before before they run out of supplies. If it is a true emergency and you need something immediately you can always schedule a pick up at one of our NorthEast New Jersey pick up locations.

Q: What if I’m leaving town and I need something immediately?

A: We are open 7 days a week. If you are leaving town, please try to schedule a delivery a day or two in advance. You can also pick up at our NorthEast New Jersey locations.

Q: Will you make recommendations for me?

A: We would be happy to make recommendations for you if you let us know what you are looking for. For example, Sativa, Hybrid or Indica and the price point ($100, $120, 140, etc.). We have many products and strains to try. If you happen to get something you don’t like there are many other options. All of our products are high quality, as our reviews have well proven. 

Q: Do you have any Special Offers

A: Yes! Besides the special sales and offers we announce from time to time by email, we also have a SPECIAL DEALS category, and on occasion monthly specials are available.

Q: What’s the difference between pickup and delivery?

Pick up means that you personally take possession of your order at a centrally-located NE New Jersey location. A delivery means that one of our couriers will deliver your order to the address listed in your account or designated by you if you want the delivery made some place else.

Q: How do delivery times work?

A: Our delivery times are generally Sunday – Thursday from 2:00PM to 1:00AM, and Fridays from 2:00PM to 2:00AM. We have just added additional afternoon hours for YOUR convenience!

Q: Are you a first come first served type of service?

A: With the launch of our new website, orders scheduled online are now prioritized. We then prioritize all MANUAL ORDERS received on a first-come first-served basis.

Remember, you may schedule a delivery date and time on our appointment calendar based on availability.

Q: What is your minimum order amount?

Our minimum order amount is $100. If you’re looking to spend less than $100 you will need to pick your order in person.

Q: Is there a delivery fee?

A: We do not charge a delivery fee. However, for deliveries to areas we serve in New York City a $20 toll charge is added to recoup the Port Authority NY & NJ tolled crossings.

Q: Can I arrange for you to meet me at a specific time?

A: Yes,  you can schedule a date and time for delivery when checking out.

 Q: What if I’m on the move can we still meet up?

A: Yes, we understand that sometimes you may have to run errands and you may not able to wait for delivery. If you be an established client with a previously approved account, we can arrange to meet you somewhere along your route in a convenient location.

Q: I live in Brooklyn, eastern Queens, or Staten Island, or I be on Long Island… How can we meet up?

A: If you live outside of our service territory and you are planning to travel into the city via train or car we can arrange to meet you when you arrive. We also have New York based couriers who may be able to deliver, depending on availability and quantity.

The last option is that we can ship your order directly to your address via trackable shipping. It is not a perfect scenario as this service will likely take 2 to 3 days for your order to arrive but it will get the job done. 

Q: Can you come up stairs or inside my house? 

A: No. Our couriers will only meet clients in the delivery vehicle as this is safest method for all involved. If you have a physical disability or you are recovering from recent surgery we will do our best to accommodate you. For safety reasons, we cannot accommodate service animals.

Q: Can you message me 10 or 15 minutes early so that I can go to the ATM?

A: We STRONGLY recommend you have your cash ready when placing the order. In many instances, our couriers can deliver within 45 minutes or less unless you are scheduling for later. We will send a text message when the driver is on the way with an ETA. In some cases, we’ll provide a follow-up ETA text. Finally we’ll text you when the driver has arrived.

Q: What is the average wait time for a delivery?

A: Our goal is to get your items to you as quickly as possible while adhering to all safety protocols. Delivery times are scheduled ahead of time for your convenience. Should there be any change of schedule you will be notified in advance. Traffic conditions and weather are factors to be considered when waiting for a delivery.

Q: I was told that the courier was there but I’m outside and I don’t see the car anywhere?

A: When the courier arrives we will text you the exact locations. Please be sure to look up and down the block as the driver sometimes has to pull up to a hydrant or an open space to pull over. Their lights will usually be flashing, so look for a car with flashing lights.  In some cases, the driver may have to go around the block to let trucks get by. If this occurs you will be notified so please be patient until the courier returns. 

Q: How do I do a contactless delivery?

A: Contactless deliveries are to be paid in advance or the donation must be left in a mailbox or agreed upon location where we will be making the delivery. When the runner is ready to make the delivery we will message you to inform you they be on the way. When the courier has delivered your order, we will send you a photo of where the package is left for confirmation. Please note that a contactless delivery will not be available during inclement weather of any kind unless the parcel can fit inside a secured object (such as a mailbox) which is insulated from porch pirates, inclement weather conditions, and also not subject to be disrupted by winds. Once our courier delivers the parcel and leaves the property, ownership of the parcel will become the client’s responsibility.

 Q: What is the protocol when we meet up?

A: When the driver arrives please enter the front seat on the passenger side. As a matter of safety, please do not display your money in public view while you are walking to the car. Our couriers will only serve to the client; all other parties need to be pre-approved.

Q: Is it mandatory to tip the drivers?

A: Tips are not mandatory, but they are greatly appreciated by our couriers.


Q: I want to pick up. How do I do this?

A: Once you checkout you will be given the opportunity to select Delivery, Pick Up or Shipping as delivery options. For pick ups we will contact you via text to arrange pick up. We have two Pick-Up locations in NorthEast New Jersey convenient to all major area highways, including US-1&9, US-46, NJ-4, NJ-17, GSP, NJTP, and Interstates 80 and 95.


Q: How do you ship?

A: All packages are double vacuum sealed, boxed and shipped via discrete domestic trackable shipping.

Q: What days do you ship? 

A: We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We will not ship on a day preceding a federal holiday.

Q. If I forget to order something can I add additional products to my order when the driver arrives?

Unfortunately, our drivers are not permitted to carry cash or excess product when making deliveries. Exact change is appreciated. Alternately, a credit can be placed toward your next order.

Q: How do I pay for an order to be shipped?

Instructions will be provided during the scheduling of those orders. Payment MUST be received prior to the order being processed and shipped.

Once payment is received, the order will be processed and shipped. You will receive a photo image of the shipping receipt with the tracking number as confirmation the order has shipped.

Q: What currencies do you accept?

A: We accept US dollars only. We do not accept U.S. Dollar bills missing security strip features.


Q: Something came up… How do I reschedule or cancel a confirmed order?

A: We are very busy most days so if you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed order/delivery, please send an e-mail and/or text message “PLEASE RESCHEDULE ORDER #_____. Or PLEASE CANCEL ORDER # _______” at least two (2) hours before scheduled delivery time. We will reply to reschedule the delivery or confirm the cancellation as soon as possible. If you fail to notify us ahead of time, and you are a “NO SHOW” when the driver arrives, we will cancel your order and may permanently delete your account.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: We will replace all damaged products if returned unused in its original packaging. All sales are final. 

Q: What if there’s a mistake with my order?

A: If we make a mistake when filling your order we will do everything in our power to correct the situation. Just reach out to us and we will gladly and promptly correct the issue.


Q: What’s the difference between Hybrid, Indica, and Sativa?

A: Sativa is best for daytime or a evening activities. Sativa is perfect for activities like going to the park, bike riding, dancing, dinner, a show or being out and about during the day. Indica is best for night time as it is prone to produce couch lock. Indica are great for relaxing, watching a movie, or falling asleep. Hybrid is obviously somewhere in the middle. We have Hybrid, Indica, and Sativa products, which lean their specific ways on the spectrum.

Q: What’s the best strain for sleep?

A: Generally Indica leaning strains are best for relaxing and inducing sleep. Everybody has their favorite, but stick with Indica edibles, Indica vape products or Indica flower if you are looking for sleep aids.

Q: What’s the best strain for creativity?

A: Generally the Sativa and the Hybrid-Sativa strains are better for creativity because they generally induce greater focus and creativity when working on projects, art and music. Sativa strains will help you feel upbeat, alert and focused. 

 Q: What is the best strain for anxiety?

A: For anxiety we generally recommend the Indica strains for their calming and pain relieving properties. In contrast, Sativa are likely to increase anxiety levels.

Q: Which Cannabis should I smoke while avoiding the munchies?

A: Sativa strains are known to keep “the munchies” under control.

Q: Is there such thing as 100% Sativa strain or 100% Indica strain?

A: Generally, no. All strains are Hybrid due to crossbreeding. It is just a matter of whether the strain leans more towards the Sativa side or towards the Indica side. A strain that is 80% Sativa is considered a Sativa strain and a strain that is 80% Indica is considered an Indica strain. Therefore, except in very limited circumstances, there is no pure Sativa or pure Indica strain.

 Q: What do the different price levels on your menu represent?

A: The quality of weed is one of the biggest factors affecting costs on a consumer level. In this sense, “quality” refers to several factors, like the density, amount of visible trichomes, color, and the smell of the weed. The most important factor that determines quality for most consumers is the potency, meaning it’s THC or CBD content.

Quality is determined by the growing process and the strain. Like different types of apples, each strain has its own unique characteristics. These characteristics, including Cannabinoid and Terpene levels, result in different effects that may be appealing to a particular consumer. Strains that are in high demand due to their quality often cost more than less popular strains.

For marijuana that is grown outdoors, quality is impacted by the environment. However, by growing it indoors, cultivators are able to control the quality of the marijuana with much more detail. Generally, indoor growing results in higher quality marijuana.

Unfortunately, growing indoors is much more costly than growing outdoors. This is because indoor growing requires extra equipment, like artificial lighting and supplemental nutrients, as well as costly facilities. Indoor growing often requires more human labor, since large machinery cannot easily be utilized to harvest the product and the facility needs to be maintains. Producers ultimately pass this cost down the line to the consumer.

That said, our flower is listed and priced according to quality. 

Grade A = Excellent Light DEP or Greenhouse strains with THC levels ranging 15%-19%.

Grade A3 = Excellent indoor flower strains with THC levels ranging 20%-24%. These strains are perfect for those who don’t like super strong Cannabis or be on a budget.

Grade A4 =  Excellent Flower strains with THC level ranging 25%-29% it is hard to find fault with a strain of this caliber. 

Grade A5 = Boutique Quality Flower. These strains are the “Cream of the Crop” with THC levels ranging at and above 30%. 

Lower-tier flower costs less because of its lower THC levels, among other quality issues, but users tend to consume more to achieve and maintain the desired effects. Conversely, higher-tier flower costs more but with the higher THC content found in those strains, users typically consume less yet enjoy longer lasting effects. Ultimately, pricing is relative to budget and personal preference.

Q: What flower strains give the most bang for the buck?

A: While strains of the highest quality and highest THC levels are pricier, you’ll need to consume less in order that the effects will last longer. Ultimately, because Cannabis preferences often vary from one person to the next, only YOU can decide as to which strains provide you the most value for your donation.

Q: What’s the difference between an eighth, quarter, half, and ounce? 

A: The break down is as follows:

There are (2) quarters in a half-ounce (14 grams), and (4) quarters in an ounce (28 grams). Quarter Ounce = 7 grams; Half Ounce = 14 grams; Ounce (oz) = 28 grams

There are (8) eighths in an ounce. An eighth of an ounce is equal to 3.5 grams. In response to high demand, we now offer flower eighths but ONLY for our upper-most grades of flower, currently A4 and A5. To accommodate this convenience, two different eighth strains will be charged at the per unit cost.


Q: How much of an edible should I eat? 

A: This is a great question because consuming edibles is different from smoking flower. Smoking Cannabis produces a quick “high” in seconds, where eating THC edibles can take up to 2 hours to feel a “high” as it has to go through person’s digestive system. Every person is different. Therefore, everybody has a unique tolerance to THC. That said, if you are new to THC edibles it is very important that you determine what your body’s tolerance to THC is before experimenting with high doses. New Users: The general rule is that you start with a low dose (10mg) and wait at least 2 hours before consuming more. After which, you can try additional 10mg doses at 1-2 hour intervals until you find your ideal dosage. Once you know your body’s tolerance to THC it is much easier to avoid eating too much. This is information, not an exact science, and should be used only as a guide.


Q: What’s the difference between a real and a bootleg cart?

A: A real cart is manufactured by the manufacturer. A bootleg cart has the same brand’s packaging but is filled in a different lab, and would typically not be sold in a dispensary. This is a similar concept to store-brand vs brand-name products.

Please understand that just because a cart may be bootleg it doesn’t mean that it is a bad cart. The quality of a cart is determined by the quality of the oil used when filled. Our carts are filled in labs that use high-end Delta 9 THC oils of the highest quality and free of foreign substances. 

 Q: Are your carts lab tested?

A: Yes, all our cartridges are lab tested as required in California.

Q: My cartridge isn’t working, what do I do now?

A: Not every battery works with every cartridge, so it’s important to try to test the cartridge with multiple batteries to see if it’s a battery issue or a cartridge issue. The first thing you do if a cartridge isn’t working is check the connection. Second, sometimes cartridges leak a little and therefore don’t connect all the way with the battery. Quick Fix – use a cotton Q-tip swab with a little rubbing alcohol to clean off the connection completely, then retry. 

Q: I’ve cleaned off the connection and tried my cartridge with multiple batteries and it still doesn’t work. What else can I do to fix this problem?

A: An alternative solution is to transfer the oil to a working cartridge. This is the solution we offer our mail order clients because we cannot accept mail-order returns. For local clients, if you tried to troubleshoot the cartridge and it doesn’t work you can contact us and you can return the bad cart in its original packaging and we will replace the cart the next time we meet. 

Q: My Juul cartridge isn’t working, what do I do now?

A: First, make sure that the connectors are clean like you would with any other cart. Second, make sure that the prongs on the Juul battery are lined up correctly with the connectors on the cartridge. In some instances it is necessary to use a pair of tweezers to adjust the prongs so that there is a proper connection.

Q: My smart cart doesn’t seem to be working properly, what do I do now?

A: If you turn the connection counterclockwise it often fixes the connection issue. There are lots of tutorials regarding the use of smart carts online. 

 Q: What type of battery do I need? 

A: The battery you need depends on the product you select. Batteries generally go as follows:

  •       510 Batteries  – 510 batteries are the universal standard. 510 batteries are the most common battery used.
  •       Rubi Batteries – can only be used with Rubi carts.  
  •       Stizzy Batteries – can only be used with Stizzy carts.
  •       Juul Batteries – can only be used with Juul pods.  

We strongly recommend your battery is rated at least 850 mah. Despite some bottom-pieces boasting three heat settings, any inexpensive bottom-pieces have weak batteries which inhibit the full effects and larger clouds which can be realized using stronger batteries. Pen-type bottom-pieces are notorious for having weak batteries. Also, distillate type vapes tend to require slightly stronger temperature settings than do their cured or live resin counterparts. Still, the strength of the battery is more important than having pre-set heating temperatures. And when charging, we also recommend using no stronger than a 1.0 amp slow charge. Do not use a fast-charge device, such as you would for a smart device.

Q: The battery I bought from you guys isn’t working properly, what do I do now?

A: Although the battery should have arrived slightly charged out of the box, they don’t always arrive charged. First, make sure that the battery is fully charged.  Second, make sure the battery is turned on. If the battery still won’t turn after charging, or it has a faulty charger, just reach out to us and we will replace the defective battery the next time we meet.

Q:How does the new Point Rewards system work?

A: Upon registering on the site, all new members receive 500 points. Going forward, every qualifying order earns clients 1 point for every $1.00 spent. Points do not expire, and can be redeemed in any quantity within any order. For redemption purposes, each point is equivalent to $0.01.

You’ve probably been wondering what happens when you click the “Place Order” button after completing your order on our site.

Here be a little peek behind the curtain of our North NJ/Southern NY/NYC facility:

  • A notification gets sent to our dispatch department, and the dispatch team confirms your order.
  • After the order is confirmed, our facility is notified of the order request. We will then assign a courier to your order. Consider them your Cannabis Counselor. This courier will then fulfill your order to be prepared for delivery.
  • The couriers starts heading out on their delivery routes. They sometimes have one order in queue, and sometimes as many as four, depending on how busy we are.
  • As soon as the courier is en route to your address, you’ll receive a text notification. Depending on ETA, you may receive a second updated ETA notification.
  • Once the courier arrives with your order, you’ll receive a text notification letting you know the courier has arrived.
  • You wave goodbye to that North NJ/Southern NY/NYC Cannabis Counselor, maybe even offer a tip for extra love, and enjoy and better understand your Cannabis products stress-free!

So that’s how it works! It’s a bit of a process, but we’ve gotten pretty good at it. These GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Referral Program Rules (“Program Rules”) govern your participation in the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Referral Program. The Program Rules are in addition to any agreements between you and GALAXY TERPENES Delivery, including the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Terms of Service, as applicable (collectively, the “GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Terms”). The GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Terms are incorporated by reference and shall apply to your participation in the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Referral Program, including, if necessary, to resolve any disputes between you and GALAXY TERPENES Delivery related to or arising out of the Referral Program.



The GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Referral Program (“Referral Program”) is offered by GALAXY TERPENES Delivery and its affiliates (together referred to as “GALAXY TERPENES Delivery”) and provides Users who are interested in referring their family and friends (“Referrers”) the opportunity to refer eligible individuals to join the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery community as new users. These Program Rules apply to both Referrers and referred Users (“Referred Users” respectively), so please read carefully to understand your respective rights and obligations.


To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program as a Referrer, you must (a) be a legal resident of the United States; (b) be 21+ of age; and (c) maintain a GALAXY TERPENES Delivery account in good standing. Referrers may be Users (who have a valid GALAXY TERPENES Delivery account but not have completed at least one order) or Customers (who have placed and completed at least one order). If you violate the Program Rules, the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Terms of Service, or any other applicable terms, GALAXY TERPENES Delivery may suspend or terminate your ability to participate in the Referral Program under any or all of your accounts.


Under the Referral Program, GALAXY TERPENES Delivery may provide you with a unique alphanumeric code (“GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Unique Identifier”) to distribute to eligible individuals to become new Users. GALAXY TERPENES Delivery may also provide you the ability to create additional GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Codes. GALAXY TERPENES Delivery owns all rights in and to any GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Code whether provided to you or created by you. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) GALAXY TERPENES Delivery may limit the number of GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Codes you may create or are made available to you, (b) you have no ownership rights in any form over the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Codes, and (c) GALAXY TERPENES Delivery may reclaim, deactivate, invalidate or terminate your GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Code at any time at its discretion.


  1. Invitations through the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Platform.

You have the ability to ask those you know, or even those that follow you on social media to become new Users directly through the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery “wallet” by entering or providing GALAXY TERPENES Delivery with your invitee’s contact information (all information collected by GALAXY TERPENES Delivery under the Referral Program shall be governed by GALAXY TERPENES Delivery’s Privacy Policy). Prompting a person through the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Platform may generate an automatic invitation text (SMS) or email (the “Invitation”) to the person which may be sent through your phone number or a number controlled by GALAXY TERPENES Delivery. The Invitation may contain a promotional offer of GALAXY TERPENES Delivery credit to a new User. You represent that you have the necessary consent from your invitee to send them the Invitation (either directly or through the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Platform). If your invitee follows the links in your Invitation and creates a GALAXY TERPENES Delivery account using the information provided, your GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Code will be automatically applied to the new User’s.

  1. Other Invitations.

You may also invite eligible individuals to become new Users by distributing your GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Code directly and telling them to manually input your GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Code into the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery website during checkout. If a user clicks your referral link, that code will be automatically applied and tracked. A User will not be able to apply your GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Code if (i) they’ve already applied another User’s GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Code or a different promotion code, (ii) they’ve already received GALAXY TERPENES Delivery credit from GALAXY TERPENES Delivery or another source on their User account prior to entry of your GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Code, or (iii) they placed an order on GALAXY TERPENES Delivery prior to entering your GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Code in their Account. If a User does not enter your GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Code you will not receive attribution for the referral and they will not be considered your Referred User. GALAXY TERPENES Delivery reserves the right to supply new Users with GALAXY TERPENES Delivery credit or sign-on bonuses at its discretion.


  1. General.

You are eligible to earn a referral incentive (“Referral Reward”) for each Referred User that you refer to the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Platform (subject to certain maximum limits and the other terms in these Program Rules). Referral Rewards can only be earned for Referrals in the United States of America. As discussed above, in order to qualify as your Referred User, the new User must satisfy the applicable reward criteria (“Reward Criteria”) as communicated to the Referred User by GALAXY TERPENES Delivery. The Reward Criteria are set by GALAXY TERPENES Delivery at its sole discretion and are subject to change at any time. The Reward Criteria may vary by market or within a particular market. GALAXY TERPENES Delivery, at its sole discretion, may make available certain promotions with different Reward Criteria or Referral Rewards to other Users or prospective Users. These promotions, unless offered to you, shall have no bearing whatsoever on your Agreement or relationship with GALAXY TERPENES Delivery.

If the new User that you refer satisfies the Reward Criteria, the type of Referral Reward you are eligible to receive may depend on (i) which GALAXY TERPENES Delivery User account you used to refer the new user, (ii) the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery region associated with your GALAXY TERPENES Delivery account (which may be the last location you have logged into the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery application), (iii) the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery region associated with the Referred User when they apply your GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Code, (iv) the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery region where the Referred User gave or placed their first order; or (v) other factors as determined and communicated by GALAXY TERPENES Delivery.

Both the Referrers and the Referred Users may be presented on the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery website with the amounts of the Referral Rewards they may receive if all the Referral Criteria and other conditions described herein are met. These amounts are calculated based on certain assumptions, such as, without limitation, the Referrer’s or the Referred User’s location at the time they give or take their first ride or download the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery app, and may not be accurate based on the actual behavior of the Referred Users. Such amounts, therefore, are only estimates and may differ based on a number of factors. GALAXY TERPENES Delivery will make a good-faith calculation of such amounts based on the location of the Referrer and the Referred User. The Referrer and the Referred User will see the final applicable amount of their respective Referral Bonuses at the time when such Referral Bonuses are applied to their User Accounts and/or paid out.

  1. Resolving Disputes over Referrals.

Only one person can earn a Referral Reward for a single Referred User. In the event that multiple persons claim credit for a particular referral, GALAXY TERPENES Delivery has full discretion to determine which person earned such referral according to GALAXY TERPENES Delivery’s systems.

  1. Reservation of rights.

GALAXY TERPENES Delivery reserves the right to withhold or deduct Referral Rewards or Referral Credit obtained through the Referral Program in the event that GALAXY TERPENES Delivery determines or believes that the receipt of the Referral Reward or Referral Credit was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of these Program Rules or any other applicable agreement between you and GALAXY TERPENES Delivery.


In connection with your participation in the Referral Program, you expressly agree to the restrictions listed below. When distributing, promoting, or communicating your Referral Code(s) you agree that:

  1. Don’t Spam. You agree that you will not “spam” anyone with invitations to join the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery community and that you at all times will remain compliant with CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, and other applicable laws. The following specific activities are prohibited:
  2. Blanket, large scale emailing, texting, or messaging people you do not personally know;
  3. Use of automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute, post, or respond to your Referral Code;

iii. Use of scripts, programed or automatic dialers to send invites or to communicate Referral Codes; and

  1. Posting Unique Codes on event or venue pages without express permission from the event or venue owner.
  2. No Misrepresentations. You agree that you will not attempt to mislead anyone in connection with the Referral Program, either by affirmative representation, implication, or omission. In particular, you agree that you will not:
  3. Impersonate any person or entity;
  4. Create fake accounts, blogs, webpages, profiles, websites, links, or messages;

iii. Misrepresent your relationship with GALAXY TERPENES Delivery or any other third party (Don’t create content or communications that could have the effect of leading a consumer to believe that it is an official communication from GALAXY TERPENES Delivery.);

  1. Suggest that an affiliation or partnership exists with a third party where none exists.
  2. Don’t make misrepresentations with respect to the characteristics or qualification requirements for any Referral Rewards. You acknowledge that GALAXY TERPENES Delivery may change the characteristics or qualification requirements for Referral Rewards at its discretion, and therefore you shall not represent any fixed characteristics (e.g., amount of GALAXY TERPENES Delivery credit, expiration date).
  3. Prohibited content. You agree that you will not use the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery brand without GALAXY TERPENES Delivery’s explicit written permission in connection with:
  4. Disparaging or defamatory content concerning GALAXY TERPENES Delivery or third parties;
  5. Content which promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, discrimination, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

iii. Offensive, abusive, intimidating, or harassing content

  1. Content that is sexually explicit, obscene, and/or contains nudity
  2. Any political and/or religious statement;
  3. Content containing images or reference to weapons or firearms

vii. Content that violates someone else’s privacy

  1. Other restrictions. You also agree that you will not:
  2. Talk about a dollar amount of the Referral Code unless authorized by GALAXY TERPENES Delivery in writing;
  3. Create websites, domains, URLs, social media handles, or email addresses containing the word “GALAXY TERPENES Delivery”;

iii. Use the names or marks of GALAXY TERPENES Delivery competitors;

  1. Use images of celebrities or other public or private figures without their written consent;
  2. Use someone else’s brand name or intellectual property without their written consent (for example, referencing “Coca Cola” or “NCAA Tournament” would be prohibited);
  3. Engage in phishing or attempting to obtain financial or other personal information;

vii. Sell passwords or personally identifiable information;

viii. Solicit your Referral Code. You agree that you will only distribute your GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Code free of charge only for promotional purposes. You may not sell, trade, or barter your GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Code under any circumstances. You may not pay or provide anything of value to an invited user beyond any Referral Credit or collateral supplied by GALAXY TERPENES Delivery;

  1. Breach or tamper with the rights of a third party. You will not create any GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Code that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party. You will adhere to the license terms in any use of the GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Marks.
  2. Advertise. You agree that you will not pay to advertise your GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Code or the Referral Program, including via Google, Facebook, Twitter, Bing, and Craigslist.
  3. Create printed marketing materials other than those authorized by GALAXY TERPENES Delivery (including but not limited to: VistaPrint)

xii. Post printed materials on public or private property without express written consent.

xiii. Deal in fraudulent activity. You agree that you and your Referred Users will not defraud or abuse (or attempt to defraud or abuse) GALAXY TERPENES Delivery, the terms of the Referral Program, or any invited Users.

If you violate any of these restrictions GALAXY TERPENES Delivery may, in its discretion, remove your eligibility to participate in the Referral Program, and/or deny you any Referral Rewards earned in violation or suspected violation of these restrictions.


The following terms shall also apply to your participation in the Referral Program.

  1. Users cannot earn Referral Rewards for referring themselves;
  2. In exchange for allowing you to promote your GALAXY TERPENES Delivery Code online (subject to the restrictions above), you agree to include a link on any such promotion page back to GALAXY TERPENES Delivery’s promotion page (or such other page as GALAXY TERPENES Delivery designates);
  3. All GALAXY TERPENES Delivery promotions run for a limited time only and are subject to change at GALAXY TERPENES Delivery’s discretion.
